Dermal Fillers have been used for more than 30 years with great success and the products used have a proven safety record.

 

These are used to plump out deeper facial lines, wrinkles and sagging skin. Some fillers can last up to one year. They are often used instead of or in combination with BOTOX®, to give a longer lasting, more cost effective result.

 

Fillers are derived from a substance (Hyaluronic Acid) that occurs naturally in our bodies and it is therefore bio-compatible.

 

Needle free local Anaesthetic is used to make these procedures pain free and  beautiful results can be seen immediately. Should any swelling or bruising occur, this will subside within a few days.

 

Dr Pretorius mainly uses RESTYLANE® and Juvèderm® fillers, depending on the area to be treated.
