Tire Balls in Motor Sport
Tire Balls is not to be confused with the traditional run flat system found in Motor Cars; these system only prevent the tyre from coming off the bead so that you can limp to a place of convience. With Tire Balls you can race flat out after suffering a puncture and still chase for that number 1 position. Forget run flats, we allow you to race flat!
Mike Bergman shared a picture from the Hot Springs Arkansas Ultra 4 race April 2014. Mike finished 8th on his first Ultra4 finish with two flats. Right rear is a good indication of tire deflection even with a flat.
